BALTIC SEA – (Sept. 11, 2025) Chief Select Information Systems Technician Richard Segarra assigned to the Arleigh Burke-class guided-missile destroyer USS Bulkeley (DDG 84), presents historical information on the Bulkeley’s namesake Vice Adm. John D. Bulkeley and the events of September 11th, 2001 to ship’s crew during the Northern Coasts multinational exercise for partners and allies Sept. 11, 2025. Bulkeley is on a scheduled deployment in the U.S. 6th Fleet area of operations to support the warfighting effectiveness, lethality, and readiness of U.S. Naval Forces Europe-Africa, and defend U.S., Allied and partner interests in the region.
