The U.S. Army Marksmanship Unit hosted Army leaders on the range during the Maneuver Warfighter Conference at Fort Benning.
While visiting, the leaders fired several variations of the Next Generation Squad Weapon.
These variations are part of the Army’s product improvement effort for the NGSW program.
By combining research, development, and direct Soldier feedback, the Army is advancing small arms design to increase capability and lethality across the force.
These improvements ensure the Next Generation Squad Weapon is ready to meet the demands of future warfighters.
