U.S. Air Force Chief Master Sgt. Michael Roberts, Air Force Reserve Command Security Forces senior enlisted leader, addresses the 307th SFS at Barksdale Air Force Base, Louisiana, Sept. 6, 2025. Roberts coined four members of the unit, Tech. Sgt. Christopher Shavers, Staff Sgt. Anna Schoen, Tech. Sgt. Anfernee Morgan, and SSgt. Gage Babbs. Shavers and Schoen were instrumental in bringing the unit’s M18 Modular Handgun Systems back into service after the recent pause in use.
