Marines from Marine Attack Squadron 211, based out of Marine Corps Air Station Yuma, were recognized by their adopted George Carver Elementary school for their continued effort, volunteer work, and overall mentorship at the schoolhouse courtyard, May 3. The Marines participated in the pledge of allegiance and national anthem to kick off the day’s festivities.
