U.S. and Republic of Korea Marines exit their assault amphibious vehicles after an amphibious landing on Doksuk-ri Beach April 26. The amphibious landing was the culminating event of the annual exercise Ssang Yong, which is designed to strengthen the combat readiness and interoperability of the U.S. and ROK forces.
