 
                
            YOKOSUKA, Japan (Aug. 12, 2025) – Rear Adm. Matthew Case, acting assistant director, Health Care Administration, Defense Health Agency, tours historic caves on Commander, Fleet Activities Yokosuka during a visit to U.S. Naval Hospital (USNH) Yokosuka. The caves date back to World War II and were used for naval storage and defense operations. The event was part of a two-day engagement that included leadership meetings, an All-Hands Call, a junior Sailor lunch, and tours of the hospital’s facilities.
