YOKOSUKA, Japan (Aug. 11, 2025) – Rear Adm. Matthew Case, acting assistant director of Health Care Administration, Defense Health Agency, presents a command coin to Hospitalman Savannah Bilben, from Valley Springs, South Dakota, during an All-Hands Call at NMRTC Yokosuka. Bilben was recognized for her outstanding performance and leadership in streamlining infant care workflow in the Multi-Service Unit through her “Just Do It” Command Process Improvement project, which improved staff efficiency by 80% and enhanced access to infant care guidelines.
