U.S. Army Lt. Col. Innis Bryant, lead planner for U.S. Southern Command (SOUTHCOM) and the Panamanian Minister of Public Security, Frank Alexis Abrego(center), attended the Combined Arms Rehearsal provide feedback to the presenters of the final drill before the final culminating element of the exercise.
Abrego served in the Panamanian National Police Force and graduated from WHINSEC in 2006. His connection to the PANAMAX exercise and support elements is closely tied to his own professional career in law enforcement and security forces.
PANAMAX Alpha is an annual bilateral exercise between the Republic of Panama and the United States, organized through U.S. Southern Command (SOUTHCOM).
