The Panamanian Minister of Public Security, Frank Alexis Abrego (center), attended the Combined Arms Rehearsal presented by various Panamanian Security Forces at the Corozal Este training base outside Panama City, Panama, Fri., Aug. 1, 2025.
Abrego, who served in the Panamanian National Police Force, graduated from WHINSEC in 2006. His connection to the PANAMAX exercise and support elements is closely tied to his own professional career in law enforcement and security forces.
PANAMAX Alpha is an annual bilateral exercise between the Republic of Panama and the United States, organized through U.S. Southern Command (SOUTHCOM).
