A fiscal year 2025 order of merit list (OML) shows the results of the Rhode Island Army National Guard’s centralized promotion board, updated April 25, 2025. Names and dates are blurred to protect personnel information. The OML is a ranked list of promotable Soldiers, regardless of military occupational specialty (MOS), based on their total board score and administrative points. It reflects how Soldiers compare to others within the same grade across the Rhode Island National Guard.
