Names and dates are blurred to protect personnel information. The list reflects promotable Soldiers by their military occupational specialty (MOS) and ranks them according to board performance. The PSL is formally known as the career progression military occupational specialty (CPMOS). The PSL and other promotion documents can be accessed through the Rhode Island National Guard SharePoint, under G1 Enlisted Personnel Management.
