PEARL HARBOR, Hawaii (July 22, 2025) - Naval Facilities Engineering Systems Command Pacific Commander Rear Adm. Omarr E. Tobias (left), receives project updates from shipyard personnel, July 22, 2025. This was Tobias' first visit to the shipyard after taking command of NAVFAC Pacific in July. PHNSY & IMF's mission is to keep the Navy's fleet "Fit to Fight" by repairing, maintaining, and modernizing the Navy's fast-attack submarines and surface ships.
