Ryan McCrillis , and Naval Facilities Engineering Systems Command Pacific Commander Rear Adm. Omarr E. Tobias, discuss shipyard projects and construction plans, July 22, 2025. This was Tobias' first visit to the shipyard after taking command of NAVFAC Pacific in July. PHNSY & IMF's mission is to keep the Navy's fleet "Fit to Fight" by repairing, maintaining, and modernizing the Navy's fast-attack submarines and surface ships.
