PEARL HARBOR, Hawaii (July 22, 2025) - Pearl Harbor Naval Shipyard and Intermediate Maintenance Facility Commander Capt. Ryan McCrillis, discusses progress of worksite projects to Naval Facilities Engineering Systems Command Pacific Commander Rear Adm. Omarr E. Tobias, July 22, 2025. This was Tobias' first visit to the shipyard after taking command of NAVFAC Pacific in July. PHNSY & IMF's mission is to keep the Navy's fleet "Fit to Fight" by repairing, maintaining, and modernizing the Navy's fast-attack submarines and surface ships.
