PEARL HARBOR, Hawaii - Pearl Harbor Naval Shipyard and Intermediate Maintenance Facility Commander Capt. Ryan D. McCrillis receives a briefing on drone capabilities from Naval Information Warfare Center technician June 18, 2025. The demonstration was part of a collaborative project between Pearl Harbor Naval Shipyard & Intermediate Maintenance Facility and Naval Information Warfare Center Pacific to explore drone-assisted maintenance, inspection, and emergency response capabilities. PHNSY & IMF's mission is to keep the Navy's fleet "Fit to Fight" by repairing, maintaining, and modernizing the Navy's fast-attack submarines and surface ships.
