Ted LeClair, deputy commander, Naval Surface Force, U.S. Pacific Fleet, renders a salute to sideboys during a change of command ceremony where he presented remarks as the guest speaker for the Arleigh Burke-class guided-missile destroyer USS Spruance (DDG 111), held aboard Naval Base San Diego, July 23. During the ceremony, which was presided over by Vice Adm. Brendan McLane, commander, Naval Surface Force, U.S. Pacific Fleet, Cmdr. Leigh Tate relieved Cmdr.
