NORFOLK, Va. (July 16, 2025) — Dave Koubsky, mitigation manager with the Coastal Virginia Conservancy, briefs stakeholders on the industrial history of Money Point and the sources of contamination during a site visit along the Southern Branch of the Elizabeth River on July 16. Project partners and stakeholders observed ongoing sediment sampling in support of Phase 3 of the ecosystem restoration project at Money Point.
