Canadian Armed Forces Vice Chief of the Defence Staff Lieutenant-General Stephen Kelsey congratulates Lieutenant-General Iain Huddleston on his posting as North American Aerospace Defense Command deputy commander and Canadian Element NORAD commander during a ceremony July 15, 2025, at Peterson Space Force Base, Colo.
