Lieutenant-General Blaise Frawley, the departing North American Aerospace Defense Command deputy, provides final remarks to members of the command and commended their achievements during his two years in the post during a transfer of authority ceremony and Canadian Element NORAD (CANELEMNORAD) change of command ceremony July 15, 2025, at Peterson Space Force Base, Colo.
