The 191st RSG recently hosted these activities to create a relaxed, welcoming environment that encourages meaningful interaction between First-Term Soldiers and senior leadership. This initiative strengthens camaraderie, builds unit cohesion, and ensures every new Soldier feels like a valued member of the 191st RSG family
