As part of the welcome events, the 295th Quartermaster Field Feeding Platoon prepared a special meal designed to bring senior leaders and First-Term Soldiers together, fostering teamwork, mentorship, and unit cohesion. The 191st Regional Support Group (RSG) hosted a series of welcome events for first-term Soldiers during their initial Annual Training at Camp Santiago Training Center.
These activities were designed to foster a relaxed and welcoming environment, encouraging interaction between new service members and senior leadership. The initiative aimed to build camaraderie, enhance unit cohesion, and provide new Soldiers with a sense of belonging within the organization.
