These activities were designed to foster a relaxed and welcoming environment, encouraging interaction between new service members and senior leadership. The initiative aimed to build camaraderie, enhance unit cohesion, and provide new Soldiers with a sense of belonging within the organization.
“Our goal is to ensure that every new Soldier feels valued and understands they are an integral part of the mission,” said Command Sgt. Maj. Cruz Ortolaza, senior enlisted leader of the 191st RSG. “Events like this help bridge the gap between leadership and our newest members.”
