Police officers from the Lakewood, NJ, Special Response Team transport a casualty to an exterior tactical care area at the Fort Dix Medical Simulation Training Center (MSTC). They conducted tactical medical training for officers who are not medically trained and have to act as the first responders until medics arrive. They utilize the MSTC as it provides the noise, the smoke, and urban scenarios that officers may encounter in real life scenarios.
