Police officers from the Lakewood, NJ, Special Response Team rush into the JB MDL Fort Dix Medical Simulation Training Center (MSTC) to search for officers that might be down due to injury. They conducted tactical medical training for officers who are not medically trained and have to act as the first responders until medics arrive. They utilize the MSTC as it provides the noise, the smoke, and urban scenarios that officers may encounter in real life scenarios.
