On April 28, U.S. Army Sgt. John Ordonez with the 478th Civil Affairs Battalion discusses security techniques with Edil Virmin Rodriguez-Diaz of the Honduran 10th Infantry Battalion. These two units are working together on the joint training exercise entitled "Beyond the Horizon" designed to further training and relations between U.S. and Honduran forces. This exercise includes many construction projects located near Soto Cano Air Base, Honduras.
