On April 28, during a joint training exercise entitled "Beyond the Horizon" designed to further training and relations between U.S. and Honduran forces, U.S. Army Major Christian Torres of Miami Florida's 478th Civil Affairs Battalion discusses, infrastructure based, challenges to educating children at the "Rainbow Kindergarten" school in La Granja, Honduras. This exercise includes many construction projects and infrastructure needs located near Soto Cano Air Base, Honduras.
