On April 28, U.S. Army Specialist Timothy O Neil of the 389th Engineering Company works with soldiers of the Honduran Army in constructing the foundation for a water tower at the Las Mesas School in Las Mesas, Honduras. These two forces are working together on the joint training exercise entitled "Beyond the Horizon" designed to further training and relations between U.S. and Honduran military. This exercise includes many construction projects located near Soto Cano Air Base, Honduras.
