Miguel Dieguez, commanding officer of Naval Facilities Engineering Systems Command (NAVFAC) Southeast, hosts a meet-and-greet and command brief for prospective NAVFAC Southeast Class of 2025 SMART Scholars on June 5 at command headquarters. Members of the command’s Executive Steering Group were also present to brief the five SMART Scholars on their respective departments.
