Sgt. Morgan Poskarbiewicz and Spc. Sebastian Arciga, culinary specialists with the 5001st Field Feeding Company, Alabama Army National Guard, serve ribs, baked beans, and garlic bread to the Soldiers of the 1208th Quartermaster Company during annual training at Camp McCain, Miss. on May 29, 2025. This training has provided them hands-on experience with a Mobile Kitchen Unit (MKU) which allows the culinary specialists a full kitchen that can be transported wherever they need to be.
