FLEET ACTIVITIES YOKOSUKA, Japan (May 29, 2025) - A slab of concrete, a few bolts, and a marble placard are all that remains of Building 3020, Commander, Fleet Activities Yokosuka's (CFAY) Command Digital Marquee just inside Carney Gate, May 29, 2025. The marquee was originally procured and installed using funds awarded by the Commander-in-Chiefs 2001 Installation of Excellence award. CFAY won the award in 2001, it's third in a four year stretch after going back-to-back in 1998 and 1999. A new marquee installation is scheduled to begin in late summer 2025.
