A C-130H, piloted by Lt. Col Josh Panis of the 103rd Airlift Wing, flies in tandem with a second C-130 flown by Lt. Col. Gary Caponetti as part of their dual "Fini" Flight and retirement on May 3, 2025. Lt. Col. Caponetti and Lt. Col. Panis are longtime colleagues, battle buddies, and friends and enjoyed flying around various parts of New England before flying over the 103rd Airlift Wing.
