A C-130H, piloted by Lt. Col Caponetti of the 103rd Airlift Wing, flies in tandem with a second C-130 flown by Lt. Col. Josh Panis as part of their dual "Fini" Flight and retirement on May 3, 2025. Lt. Col. Caponetti and Lt. Col. Panis are longtime colleagues, battle buddies, and friends. The two pilots flew around various parts of New England, including Rhode Island, Maine, and New York.
