Oregon Air National Guard Staff Sgt. Daniel Jasper, assigned to the 173rd Fighter Wing (left-center), holds his first-place prizes for winning two categories: the High Novice Rifle Shooter Award and the High Overall Shooter Award. He was presented these honors by Brig. Gen. Alan R. Gronewold, Adjutant General of Oregon (left), along with Col. Marc Mouser, 249th Regional Training Institute Commander (right-center), and Command Sgt. Maj. Steven Baldwin (right). This presentation occurred during the annual Adjutant General’s Combat Marksmanship Training Exercise, or ‘TAG Match,’ held at the Rees Training Center, near Hermiston, Oregon, on May 17, 2025.
