INDIAN OCEAN (May 15, 2025) Engineman 2nd Class Michael Gibbins from Livermore, California, boards a ridged hull inflatable boat (RIB) as it hangs from the slewing arm davit alongside the Arleigh Burke-class guided-missile destroyer USS Ralph Johnson (DDG 114) during RIB operations while operating in the Indian Ocean, May 15.
