250501-N-PA218-2383 CAMP HUMPHREYS, Republic of Korea (May 1, 2025) — U.S. Navy Cmdr. Zachary Roussel, left, and Yeoman 2nd Class Sergio Montes, both assigned to Commander, U.S. Naval Forces Korea (CNFK), participate in Marine Combat Training during Sailor Week, a weeklong U.S. Army training evolution hosted by the United Nations Command (UNC) Honor Guard and held at Camp Humphreys, Republic of Korea, May 1, 2025. The UNC Honor Guard conducts Sailor Week for U.S. Military personnel to teach a series of tactics and techniques to increase overall lethality and readiness. CNFK is the U.S. Navy’s representative in the Republic of Korea, providing leadership and expertise in naval matters to improve institutional and operational effectiveness between the two navies and to strengthen collective security efforts in Korea and the region.
