250429-N-PA218-2217 CAMP HUMPHREYS, Republic of Korea (April 29, 2025) — U.S. Navy Information System Technician 2nd Class Joshua Martin, assigned to Commander, U.S. Naval Forces Korea (CNFK), receives marksmanship training using a SIG Sauer M17 service pistol while participating in Sailor Week, a weeklong training evolution hosted by the United Nations Command (UNC) Honor Guard at Camp Humphreys, Republic of Korea, April 29, 2025. The UNC Honor Guard conducts Sailor Week for U.S. Military personnel to teach a series of tactics and techniques to increase overall lethality and readiness. CNFK is the U.S. Navy’s representative in the Republic of Korea, providing leadership and expertise in naval matters to improve institutional and operational effectiveness between the two navies and to strengthen collective security efforts in Korea and the region.
