Joseph Henley, pavements and heavy equipment operators, assigned to the 200th Rapid Engineer Deployable Heavy Operational Repair Squadron Engineer (RED HORSE) Squadron Detachment, Ohio, oversee heavy equipment operations during the construction of a Rapid Airfield Damage Repair (RADR) training pad at Northwest Field, Andersen Air Force Base, Guam, April 10, 2025. RADR encompasses all actions required to rapidly repair aircraft operating surfaces and localized infrastructure to recover operations at an airfield after attack.
