The St. Louis District’s Dredge Potter dry docked at National Maintenance and Repair in Hartford, Illinois for routine maintenance. During the galley remodel, several doors were replaced and the windows were removed and patched over to increase wall space for storage and provide additional working areas. These windows previously housed window air conditioning units. Those units are being replaced with a commercial unit that will provide supplemental cooling in the kitchen area of the galley.
