Members of the Atlanta USO welcome Spc. Samuel Jeans, a soldier with 4-3 31st ADA and Portland, Ore., native, at Hartsfield–Jackson Atlanta International Airport, April 1, 2013. Jeans is currently deployed to Kuwait and was coming home for R&R. He was aboard the military's last charted flight out of the Central Command area of operations as the R&R leave program shifts to individual tickets supplied to troops which will save the Department of Defense money and the service members and their families time.
