KOROR, Palau (April 1, 2025) – Cmdr. Travis Brinkman, commandig officer, Naval Mobile Construction battalion (NMCB) 3, Chief Construction Electrian Matthew Lisenby, and Marines from 7th Engineer Battalion engage in a discussion about future opportunities for collaboration and joint operations in Peleliu. The conversation focused on strengthening the partnership between their units and enhancing overall mission effectiveness. NMCB-3 serves as the stand-in engineering force for Commander, U.S. 7th Fleet, executing high-quality construction operations, activities, and investments, and is capable at the unit-of-action level of supporting major combat operations in the U.S. Indo-Pacific Command area of responsibility with efficient airfield, waterfront, and advanced base construction.
