Chris Cavanaugh, outgoing commander, Submarine Group 7, salutes side boys during a change of command ceremony at Commander, Fleet Activities Yokosuka, March 28. During the ceremony, Cavanaugh was relieved by Rear Adm. Lincoln Reifsteck as Commander, Submarrine Group 7. Submarine Group 7 directs forward-deployed, combat capable forces across the full spectrum of undersea warfare throughout the Western Pacific, Indian Ocean, and Arabian Sea.
