U.S. Marines with the Joint Intelligence Operational Center, U.S. Indo-Pacific Command, pose for a group photo during a remembrance ceremony in front of Borchers Gate, Joint Base Pearl Harbor-Hickam, Hawaii, March 12, 2024. Service members gathered to pay tribute and commemorate Borchers’ service in the U.S. Marine Corps. During the ceremony, Marines presented three lei to represent the Marine Corps’ values of honor, courage, and commitment.
