U.S. Navy Capt. David Yang, chaplain, U.S. Indo-Pacific Command, makes remarks during a remembrance ceremony in front of Borchers Gate, Joint Base Pearl Harbor-Hickam, Hawaii, March 12, 2025. Service members gathered to pay tribute and commemorate Borchers’ service in the U.S. Marine Corps. During the ceremony, Marines presented three leis to represent the Marine Corps’ values of honor, courage, and commitment.
