BRITISH INDIAN OCEAN TERRITORY, DIEGO GARCIA (Feb. 26, 2025) The Diego Garcia Facility Response Team (FRT) conducted their final spill exercise, February 26, 2025. The FRT swiftly deployed multiple boats and began deploying 600ft of response boom and performed a U-Shape Configuration for containment with the Rapid Response Skimmer.
