Members of the Cabo Verde Armed Forces provide tours of a barracks facility to Lt. Cmdr. Jenniffer Rajne, U.S. Embassy Cabo Verde Office of Security Cooperation Chief, at the Operational Centre for Maritime Surveillance in Praia, Cabo Verde, during a pre-deployment site survey to assess and prepare engineering projects that will support Obangame Express 2025. Obangame Express is one of three regional maritime exercises led by U.S. Sixth Fleet as part of a comprehensive strategy to provide collaborative opportunities to African forces and international partners to address maritime security concerns.
