Quartermaster Seaman Kevin Harris, from Corsicana, Texas, lowers the Romeo flag after the Ticonderoga-class guided-missile cruiser USS Mobile Bay (CG 53) pulled alongside the Military Sealift Command dry cargo/ammunition ship USNS Alan B. Shepard (T-AKE 3) for a replenishment at sea. Mobile Bay is deployed with the John C.
