John Greven, 5th Air Force exercise planner and Cope North 13 operations lead, during the exercise closing ceremony at Andersen Air Force Base, Guam, Feb. 15. Cope North 13 was conducted on Andersen, as well as the surrounding islands of Tinian and Saipan from Feb. 4-15. Seventy-two aircraft from the U.S. Air Force, U.S. Navy, Japan Air Self-Defense Force and Royal Australian Air Force participated in the exercise.
