    Japan Air Self Defense Force participants from Cope North 13 are congratulated for outstanding performance during the exercise closing ceremony at Andersen Air Force Base, Guam, Feb. 15. Cope North 13 was conducted on Andersen, as well as the surrounding islands of Tinian and Saipan from Feb. 4-15. Seventy-two aircraft from the U.S. Air Force, U.S. Navy, Japan Air Self-Defense Force and Royal Australian Air Force participated in the exercise.
