Dr. Walter Carr, Walter Reed Army Institute of Research, Silver Spring, Maryland, receives a third place for his poster presentation at the 2024 Military Health System Research Symposium in Kissimmee, Florida, Aug. 29. His poster presentation was titled, “A Data-Driven Method for Setting Thresholds for Blast Exposure in Training and Operations.” Dr. Terry Rauch, executive director of health readiness policy and oversight and director of research and development with the Office of the Assistant Secretary of Defense for Health Affairs, presented the awards.
