A formal military ceremony is taking place outdoors in what appears to be a desert environment. Multiple U.S. Army soldiers in ACU (Army Combat Uniform) camouflage are rendering salutes, while civilians and local officials stand nearby with hands over their hearts. The setting includes a red carpet, white folding chairs, and a covered pavilion area.
